Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow issued a sentence in a criminal case against Viktor Ishaev and Gennady Kondratov. Ishaev was found guilty of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 33, part 4 of Art. 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (embezzlement organization), Kondratov – part 4 of Art. 160 of the Criminal Code (embezzlement).
The indictment in the case was approved by the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation.
It was established that in July 2014, Ishaev, holding the position of presidential adviser to coordinate projects in the Far East in the rank of Vice President of PJSC Rosneft, in order to theim of theft of the property of the enterprise, organized an conclusion with the Bais LLC, a lease of non-residential premises for an office in the Khabarovsk Territory at an inflated price.
He involved the director of the representative office of Kondratov, who signed and sent a request for the purchase services of the above non -residential premises with an overestimated rental cost of rent from an overestimated rental cost of rent from an overestimated rental cost of rent at OJSC.
From July 2014 to March 2019, Kondratov transferred to the account of Beis LLC, controlled by Ishaev, a rent in an overstated amount, wasting the money entrusted to him by PJSC Rosneft in the amount of over 7.5 million rubles.
Given the position of the state prosecutor, the court sentenced Ishaev to 5 years in prison with a probation of 5 years with a fine of 800 thousand rubles. Kondratov was sentenced to 3 years in prison with a trial with a test period of 3 years with a fine of 400 thousand rubles. The court also satisfied the civil lawsuit of the victim PJSC Rosneft in the amount of over 5.5 million rubles.
The verdict did not enter into legal force.
