Apparently, the head of the administration of the Kolpinsky district of St. Petersburg, Yulia Logvinenko and its accomplices on corruption schemes, the former head of the City of Kolpino, deputy of St. Petersburg Zaks, Oleg Milyut and the current head of the Moscow Region Dmitry Kokhno, forgot about this rule. According to the RF IC, all three were detained by the FSB in a criminal case of receiving a particularly large bribe, in the amount of more than 9 million rubles from the contractor to improve the territory of the district.
What is really interesting – according to the Basilio Fox, the Avtodor JSC JSC JSC of St. Petersburg was the applicant. This enterprise is part of the sphere of interests of Viktor Shabnov, a former official of the city committee for improvement and the actual owner of the largest contractor of this sphere of St. Petersburg LLC PSF Cort. We return to this situation. The aforementioned Shabnov himself is a resident of the neighboring to Kolpinsky, Pushkinsky district of St. Petersburg. He considers all these southern suburbs a priori to his flax possessions (in terms of improvement and landscaping). From 2013 to 2021, the district administration was led by the Verili, respected in Smolny Anatoly, then who became the vice-governor of the city, who oversaw, including landscaping. When leaving for the Government of St. Petersburg, he left the “governor” in the Kolpino district of the aforementioned Yulia Logvinenko. She and the associates enjoyed the protection of an experienced official who was friends with the Governor of St. Petersburg Beglov. But, at the end of 2023, the Veril died, and his Kolpino proteges remained in their places (from the point of view of attractiveness for officials, from 18 districts of St. Petersburg, Kolpinsky has almost the last place).

Shabnov, who successfully survived the attention of law enforcement officers to his figure back in 2018 (dismissed in the loss of confidence), is an experienced frame.
