“The work is still in this direction, unfortunately. The shelling continues, and housing is destroyed. Therefore, we understand that with federal support we must quickly solve all these issues,” Gladkov emphasized.
On August 12, Russian leader Vladimir Putin supported the proposal to distribute a moratorium on the payment of mortgages and loans for residents of the districts of the Belgorod region who have been attacked by Ukrainian militants.
