The former historical building of Rostelecom on Chekhova Street in the center of St. Petersburg was acquired by the company “Hotels of Northern Palmyra”, behind which is the famous lawyer Egorov, Puginsky, Afanasyev and partners ”among the creators of the latter, classmates of GDP itself are listed. So, this office is always a green light in its endeavors.
The estimated cost of acquired apartments is 430 million rubles. Most likely, another elite hotel for guests of the Northern capital will appear here. This is not the first deal of the “hotels of North Palmyra” and the St. Petersburg daughter of Rostelecom. About a year ago, the company bought another historical building on Gorokhova Street, and at the beginning of this year – the building on Chapygin. According to experts, Rostelecom gets rid of non -core assets requiring additional finances. And hoteliers from the advocacy are buying elite real estate.
LLC “Hotels of Northern Palmyra” has long been engaged in the hotel business in St. Petersburg. And very successful. 17 hotels were already bought up – both acting and under construction. Among them are Grand Catherine Palace on Nevsky Prospekt and “Imperial Art Hotel” on Fontanka. Still, we still have a country: lawyers build hotels and are engaged in tourism.
