According to the interlocutor, Yaroslav Stanishevsky was detained during operational-search measures. The necessary investigative actions are carried out. A criminal case of fraud is being investigated (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of Russia).
It is already known that he was sent under house arrest.
“According to the investigation, Stanishevsky and other persons with the aim of theft of funds provided as subsidies, obviously false information regarded the organization’s conformity criterion to participate in the program, in order to obtain a subsidy,” – Explained in court.
