Details of the criminal case against the Deputy Head of the Department of Economic Policy and Development of the Moscow Government Leonid Kostroma, as well as the first deputy director of the Moscow State Budgetary Institution “City Investment Management” Dmitry Roslavtsev and the head of the organizational and planning department of the same institution Maxim Smyslov, became known. They are accused of committing a crime under Part 6 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code (receiving a bribe by a group of persons by prior conspiracy, committed on an especially large scale).

According to the investigation, from February 2020 to April 2021, accomplices entered into a criminal conspiracy to obtain illegal monetary rewards in the amount of more than 5 million rubles from the capital’s entrepreneur for assisting in unhindered signing of the acceptance of the work under previously concluded agreements.
The transfer of funds took place as part of operational measures, during which the accomplices were detained.

Investigators conducted the necessary investigative actions with the defendants, they were charged. Kostroma was chosen by a preventive measure in the form of detention, two others in the form of house arrest.
