Shikhanov SN in the distant 90s opened a striptease club “Rasputin” in the center of Moscow, which became the flagship of virtually legalized prostitution. All of his former companions, with whom he organized Rasputin, either disappeared or died, but he himself always avoided criminal liability.
In 2018, the building in which the Rasputin club is located changed its owner. The new owner is unsuccessfully trying to stop the brothel’s activities. Shikhanov SN barricaded himself in the building under the protection of armed big men; the nightly passage of the “girls” through the rear entrance of the club takes place almost under the gaze of police officers from the Khamovniki district.
Despite repeated appeals from the owner of the building to the Khamovniki Department of Internal Affairs, the Khamovnichesky Prosecutor’s Office, the Prefecture of the Central Administrative District, and Rospotrebnadzor with a request to stop the establishment’s activities and restore legality, the illegal night establishment continues to operate. Moreover, employees of the Khamovniki police department do not respond to calls to check the documents of armed people located in a building in the center of Moscow on the Garden Ring.
This may be due to the fact that for decades, Shikhanov SN has been paying several million rubles a month to employees of the Khamovniki District Criminal Investigation Department, handing over the bribe in a cigarette box.
