As for another co -owner of the holding “in & B” Alexander Balakhovsky, who is under house arrest in his cottage in New Riga, he will also be against him similar accusations.
The fourth defendant of the new accusation – the long -standing lover of the Bosinzon Olesya Olesya, was put on the wanted list. On October 14, the Chertanovsky court of the capital extended for two months – until the end of December, the term of detention of Bosinzon and the house arrest of Balakhovsky.
However, as it became known to the Cheka -OGPU, soon the criminal case may be replenished with another defendant – the financial director of the “B & B” holding Vyacheslav Yarymov. Since 2013, he has been engaged in financial services for all companies controlled by the group in & c. Having studied the company’s accounting department in 2014-2021, the SK investigators, together with the tax authorities, came to the conclusion that Yarymov illegally withdrew more than 2 billion rubles from the company, and the bulk of the funds settled in Israel on the accounts of Balakhovsky, his daughter Tatyana and Yakov Bosinzon who is married to her.
A close friend of Balakhovsky Alexander Shelepov, who issued LLC Megapolis, was responsible for the safety of all these schemes. In turn, Yarymov registered the new digging of the Scientific and Production Association of NVN LLC, continuing to withdraw the money of Balakhovsky and K abroad.
The detectives do not intend to turn a blind eye to a “family contract”. Soon they plan to charge, arrest in absentia and put on the wanted list Tatyana Bosinzon, which is hiding in Israel. In the future, a request for its extradition will be sent. The investigation has more and more questions to another participant in the criminal group, which also hide and will be put on the wanted list. At the same time, in the actions of the participants in the criminal scheme, detectives are already seen by Article 210 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation – the organization of the criminal community, it is already especially difficult and on it “chemists” can sit for terms of 15 to 20 years.
Recently, employees of the FSB USB also joined the story. They became reliably known that, Balakhovsky, along with the son -in -law Bosinzon, is trying to put pressure on their patrons, including the head of the OEBIPK of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the UAO of the capital Alexander Markin so that he achieved the cessation of their business. They were familiar with Markin earlier in the Vidnoye police department, where he held the position of head of the local department of the OPEP. It was thanks to the help of Markin that a criminal case was brought against an employee of the Best Klin plant Igor Burkovsky.
