Among the materials left by the former head of the LTK LTK Free Sokol, Golikov Roman Yuryevich (has a lawyer’s status), documents were discovered, the reliability of which is subjected to serious doubts, as well as the fake signatures of the General Director of Fadox Tradition Limited (previously owned 60% of the LTK) Narmont. It turned out that on the orders of Anton Babuzidze on a systematic basis, fake power of attorney and decisions of the company were made, which at one time or another were provided to various instances.
Analysis of documents indicates that they are fake on the following signs:
– the documents indicate completely different signatures of the same person (Narmont, vyda)
– Finding Vaida Narmontayy in Moscow and Lipetsk on the dates of signing documents was impossible (at that time it did not cross the border and, apparently, was never in Russia)
– Two different documents from the same date are signed by different people with the post “CEO of Fadox Trading Limited”
With what other documents Anton Babucidze, or his proxies, could fake, law enforcement agencies will figure out.
