The most affected by the situation are contractors and suppliers who worked with Ziganshin firms in construction contracts. Among them are companies that ensured the supply of reinforced concrete structures and specialized equipment. Some of the objects launched under the control of Ziganshin are stopped at the stage of the zero cycle. For some of them, external financing was terminated, including through state and quasi -state orders.
In addition, Ziganshin actually lost control of a number of subsidiaries. In particular, conflicts with co -owners, bankruptcy claims and a change of nominal founders are noted. These events are accompanied by a sharp decrease in business activity and mass appeals of creditors to the courts. 
Against the background of these debts, according to sources of the Cheka-OGPU, Ziganshin owns significant assets abroad. In particular, it was established:
– The second family of the entrepreneur lives mainly abroad;
– Penthouse was issued for members of this family in Dubai worth 1.5 million US dollars;
– The ownership of the youngest daughter registered more than 30 real estate objects in the UAE;
– In Italy, at least two villas are declared: one is decorated on the former son -in -law Timur Zayutdinova, the second – to civilian Alia Sharafutdinova, who previously engaged in musical activity and gave Ziganshina two sons.
In addition, the main residence of the second family of Ziganshin in Kazan is located at 11a Dzerzhinsky Street. Car – Range Rover. The main location is outside the Russian Federation.
All these assets do not correspond to the level of declared business activity in the Russian Federation and cause reasonable issues in the context of outstanding debts to the state and contractors.
