At the end of last year, the Rosneft security service checked the largest oil refinery in Central Russia – the Yaroslavl enterprise of Slavneft -Janos PJSC.

Theft of the leadership of the plant amounted to 75 million rubles mainly in the form of unreasonable business trips to resorts and inclusion of relatives in additional medical insurance programs.
As a result of the audit, the deputy director for general issues Vladimir Pugalov was dismissed. The comic of the situation lies in the fact that it was not he who spent most of the funds, but in fact, the general director of the plant Nikolai Karpov.

For a year now, Nikolai Karpov has ceased to be an independent figure and has become financial dependent on one of the local contractors – the director of Kip -Montazh of Konstantin Zirov.
Karpov seriously became interested in speculations in the stock market and fell under the scam of one famous “broker” of Armenian origin. Unsuccessfully invested and lost all savings accumulated over many years of work in the oil industry. Now he was forced to occupy about 150 million from the contractor Zirov in order to pay with duty for the credit shoulder due to which he traded on the exchange. Well, as contractors lead in such cases, and so it is clear.
