In order not to pay real alimony, government officials, through the Federal Tax Service of Russia, open double and triple tax identification numbers for themselves to hide their real income. This is what the head of the Roscosmos Group of Companies, Borisov, did; before the decision of the Gagarinsky Court of Moscow, one TIN number was identified (it was published in the public domain on the state corporation’s website), and after the initiation of enforcement proceedings for the collection of alimony, the Federal Tax Service of Russia, represented by Bondarchuk, provided information about the debtor’s income, indicating a different, new TIN, reporting that the original one was “accidentally” erroneous.
Everything would be fine, only in the materials of the enforcement proceedings for the collection of alimony from “Borisov Y.I.” overlooked the document on social contributions of Roscosmos in relation to their leader, the amount of payments of which is several times higher than the amount of income that Bondarchuk confirmed.

However, based on information about social payments, it is possible to calculate the real salary of the head of a state corporation and conclude that Borisov’s income according to the new Taxpayer Identification Number is underestimated by tens of times.

The fact that the income “allegedly” confirmed by Bondarchuk is fictitious was confirmed by an invited expert, whose conclusion is in the materials of the court case.

The Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow nevertheless decided to look into the “double-triple” TIN of the head of the Roscosmos State Corporation, Borisov, and sent another request to the Federal Tax Service of Russia for information.
While detentions and interrogations of senior management are underway at Roscosmos regarding corruption schemes for laundering money from government contracts, Deputy Head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia Bondarchuk will still have to re-examine Borisov’s real income in order to avoid the “unpleasant trail” left on the reputation of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.
