As it became known to the Cheka-OGPU, the Lublin District Court of Moscow will consider the case of parole from imprisonment (part 1 of article 79 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, clause 4 of article 397 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation), the convicted person under Art. 159 Part 4, Russian entrepreneur, founder and former owner of Optima, one of the largest tobacco distributors in Russia in the 1990–2000s. A little later, new details of the criminal case against the two generals of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of abuse of official powers became known.

The Basmanny Court of Moscow imprisoned the generals of the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Alexander Biryukov, Alexander Krakovsky and senior investigator for particularly important cases of Alexander Bryantsev.

According to reports, Biryukov, Krakow and Bryantsev contributed to a change in the preventive measure for the defendant of the criminal case of fraud – the owner of the company Optima Development Albert Khudoyan.
