The investigators were viewed by the available records of video surveillance, the documents compiled during the operational measures, as a result of which the removal of drugs took place, searches for the suspects.
As a result, it was established that thefts took place regularly for two years, the trimmed had free access to the management and to the material evidence room, including at night. It was revealed that the operating mode was violated in the administration, and the admission of employees was not controlled by no working time. It was established that about 100 kg of narcotic substance was stolen. Instead of stolen drugs, the suspects left dummies.
On the phones of the suspects found photographs with shots of screens of secret computers with open databases. The suspects received these pictures from their accomplices in the department and sent their interested parties. Basically in the pictures there were materials from checks and information received from the agents in relation to two ethnic groups: Azerbaijani and Armenian. These actions of the employees of the Pskov department of the FSB allowed these criminals to receive information about the materials available in their respect and, thus, evade responsibility. 
Together with the investigation group, their own security officers worked, who installed special equipment in the working rooms in management. As a result of such simple actions, the facts of corruption were revealed by the heads of the economic unit, as well as the units engaged in the development of law enforcement officials (prosecutor’s office, the Investigative Committee, the Police), the so -called “M”.
In order to “hush up” the scandal, two suspects were immediately dismissed from the FSB department, an audit is carried out according to accomplices. The administration conducts a polygraph for employees.
