Artificial intelligence tore off the consideration of the case against the ex-head of the Ramensky district Andrei Kulakov. He is accused of killing his mistress, deputy chairman of the public chamber of the district Evgenia Isenkova.

According to the source, the Podolsky court gathered a jury collegium to consider the case, but on April 27 it was unexpectedly dismissed due to the error of the selection program. This program makes a sample from the database of candidates for jury, which the municipality prepares, and then they are called to court. Units come, from which they form a collegium. The program has been used in the district courts since 2019, but sometimes behaves wayward. It may, for example, provide a selection in which all people of the same year of birth or residents of the same street will be. This is all considered wrong, since there is no random sample, but a certain system is obtained. In the case of Kulakov’s business, the program took the jury in the alphabet, and noticed this only after the collegium was formed.

The process will be interesting in that the assessors will study the perfect murder.

According to the TFR, Kulakov in an incomprehensible way (as not established) agreed on a night meeting with Isaenkova. At night, he left the fire exit from the house and walked to the appointed place on foot. At the same time, I did not get into any surveillance cameras. In a forest belt, Kulakov strangled Isaenkov, and hid her body on the floor of her car. Then he returned unnoticed home. The murder motive has not been established accurately. Allegedly strangled in a fit of jealousy. And this despite the fact that Isaenkov and Kulakov met for many years, often cursed, parted, but then resumed relations. The man and women had a wife and a husband who knew about the relationship of the “halves” on the side.

Traces of Kulakov were discovered on the body of Isaenkova. But, given that Andrei and Eugene were in close relations, the proof is not very convincing.

The TFR primarily rests on the testimony of a classified witness, who assures that Kulakov admitted to him in the murder. But the “witness” is Kulakov’s cellmate working for law enforcement officers. The jury usually treats such indications.
