Almost a year ago, we wrote in detail about the case of businessman Greshilov, who tried to squeeze his former company, which he himself almost brought to bankruptcy. In 2018, the situation had to intervene at the highest level: Andrei Klychkov, at that time the head of the Oryol region, was busy for Green in front of Herman Gref, and later the Kursk governor Roman Starovoit also joined the situation.

A year has passed, and the situation remains in limbo. Greshilov was trying to develop his new construction business, and in fact he continues the campaign to seize one of the largest assets of the region, which was finally stabilized in the financial situation.

Greshilov does not act alone – it is clear that the performers are necessary for the task. And they are. So, some Ilyas Chadaev and Mikhail Parshikov in June 2021 tried to rewrite part of Greenna’s shares to their accounts.

The scam failed, although you can’t refuse to arrogant self -confidence: they came to the office of the registrar of securities of the corporation and asked to transfer some of the shares to an individual, referring to fake documents on the sale of shares (later, during a search, one of the defendants found fake receipts and one of the defendants and The power of attorney, along with the laptop, on which the projects of these “documents” were stored.

It is unlikely that this will stop Greshilov from further attempts to obtain control of Greenn Corporation (methods and performers can change). Especially given the fact that local authorities and law enforcement officers are trying not to notice what is happening.

It seems that only Moscow can already solve the situation in favor of business, not raiders. At the local level, everyone perfectly understands that episodes with the participation of Greshilov, Mironov-Shamian and Loginov-Burlandyan are connected in the most closely and have a single center. The fact that the issue has not yet been resolved in court can only talk about the reluctance of local authorities to engage in cleaning. So, the time has come for a magic pendel from Moscow.
