The Leninsky District Court of Kursk arrested 7 legal entities related to the Ukrainian founder of the Global Spirits alcoholing Evgeny Chernyak from the list of terrorists.
As it became known to the correspondent of The Moscow Post, Former Russian assets of Global Spirits of the manufacturer of the famous vodka “Khortitsa” was arrested by the Leninsky District Court of Kursk: we are talking about Crimean wine companies and vodka factories. The attitude towards these companies had a scandalously known Ukrainian businessman Evgeny Chernyak from Zaporozhye, who has been wanted since mid -2023.
If more detailed, we are talking about the Feodosia factory of cognacs and wines, the Crimean Wine House, the Russian North Liker and Vodka plants in Vologda and the Rodnik and K in Mytishchi, as well as the distributors of the “Tradition of Success”, “Quality Standard” and “New Level”.
The collector in the case is the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation.
All roads lead to Tel Aviv
It should be noted that Mr. Chernyak correctly reoriented ten years ago when he re-registered his company “Crimean Wine House” into the jurisdiction of Russia in 2014.
And the Global Spirits holding Evgeny Chernyak organized back in 2008. This holding included a liquor-vodka plant in the Zaporizhzhya region, the Odessa brandy factory, the Crimean wine house, etc.
Thus, the Crimean Wine House LLC was registered under Russian legislation on 08/14/2014.
The founder of the Russian company Crimean Wine House LLC until April 17, 2017 was the Cyprus offshore Oxford AMG-77 Limited.
But the founder of Oxford AMG-77 Limited was the MSD Marketing System Distribution Limited. In turn, the founder of the MSD Marketing System Distribution Limite was the offshore AMG-77 Investment Limited, whose founder was Alexander Borisovich Chernyak, father of Evgeny Chernyak.
The offshore MSD Marketing System Distribution Limited was registered on September 1, 2016. And at the time of registration of the Russian company, Krymsky Wine House LLC in 2014, the founder of Oxford AMG-77 Limited was the AMG-77 Investment Limited.
Since 07/31/2007, the final beneficiary of the AMG-77 Investment Limited was Evgeny Chernyak, registered at the address: Zaporozhye, Gavrilova Street, 16.
The changes occurred on December 10, 2015: Alexander Borisovich Chernyak, who used an Israeli passport with a residence permit in Tel Aviv, on Agnon Shai, was the final beneficiary of AMG-77 Investment Limited, 38.
On April 17, 2017, the final beneficiary of the Russian Plant “Crimean Wine House” was an offshore company located in the Seychelles – “Brand Group Corporation Limited.”

Arrests of Bespalov and Lazutin
Rodnik and K “and” Russian North “were engaged in the production of vodka” Khortitsa “,” Morosha “,” Pervak ”and other brands of vodka from the Global Spirits portfolio in Russia.

And already in July 2023, the Zamoskvoretsky court of Moscow arrested Mr. Bespalov and General Director of the Rodnik and K-K plant on suspicion of giving a bribe. According to the investigation, Alexander Bespalov, who acquired the assets of the Ukrainian businessman in Russia, helped Andrei Lazutin, the general director of the Rodnik and K Liker and Assumes, where Khortitsa vodka was produced, and release his son from his son.
How was it? As early as the fall of 2022, Lazutin addressed Bespalov, the eldest of the five children of which fell under the call.
The young man was afraid to be in his zone. And Mr. Bespalov through his connections for $ 10 thousand undertook to resolve this issue.

But the phones of the participants in the transaction were heard. And law enforcement officers just checked the data that the former owner of the vodka business, Yevgeny Chernyak, could spend part of the proceeds for the sale of money to finance the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

And in August 2023, the Khamovnican Court of Moscow arrested in absentia the founder of the holding Evgeny Chernyak in the case of the financing of terrorists.
In the TFR, relying on the operational data of the FSB, two criminal cases have opened. The first thing was to give a bribe and mediation (Articles 291 and 291.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation): Andrei Lazutin and Alexander Bespalov became involved in the defendants.
Sabotage and arson
The second case appeared about the promotion of terrorist activities: Evgeny Chernyak, who put on the wanted list, became his defendant.

According to the investigation, from February to April 2022, Mr. Chernyak and some “unidentified persons” could organize the transfer of more than 500 million rubles to the military army, including for terrorist activities. And some of this money could go for sabotage at railway facilities, as well as arson of military commissariats.
In addition, they believe in the TFR, in June 2023, Evgeny Chernyak purchased and put the goods with the Ukrainian side for 90 million rubles, which were intended for warfare.
It remains to add that now Alexander Bespalov and Andrei Lazutin are actively cooperating with the investigation, recognizing the giving of a bribe, but denying financing of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the representative of Bespalov, his enterprises, on which more than 3 thousand people work, help participants in his own. By the way, the son of Lazutin was not needed for a bribe for a bribe: the young man himself achieved a delay at the institute.
After the shift of the owner of the company “Russian North” and “Rodnik and K” began to work as part of the Civil Code “The Tradition of Success”, and the license for the Global Spirits stamps were revoked.
The factories began to produce drinks under new brands, including the Hort brand.
