The Directorate of the Vostochny Cosmodrome filed a lawsuit for 522 million rubles to Crocus Group.
As it became known to the correspondent of The Moscow Post in the Amur Region, the Vostochny Cosmodrome Directorate filed a lawsuit of 522 million rubles to the Crocus Group Arbitration Court, which belongs to Agalarov. The meeting on the claim is scheduled for June 13 by S.G.
It seems that Shakespeare was right when he wrote that “troubles are driving in crowds” if you recall the March events around the Crocus City Hall concert hall. 
But, as it turned out, a few years ago, Araza Agalarova was going to build one of the objects at the Vostochny cosmodrome, but then changed her mind.
And then a court lawsuit sailed.
Many state orders
At the Vostochny Cosmodrome, Agalarov entered several years ago: without a competition, he received a contract for the construction of the first stage of the airport for 28 billion rubles.
But the head of the Roscosmos Group (at that time) Dmitry Rogozin, shortly after he reproached from Vladimir Putin, was attracted to the construction of Agalarov for the fact that the deadlines for the delivery of the Vostochny cosmodrome are delayed, and theft of budget billions continues.

However, today Roscosmos is led by former Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Borisov.
AND On January 10, 2023, RBC, citing public procurement website, reported that Crocus Group will build a technical complex for assembling and checking the Angara launch vehicle at the Vostochny Cosmodrome for 15.4 billion rubles.

The Directorate of the Object and Crocus Group entered into an agreement in December 2022: they signed an agreement for 907 million rubles for the gasification of the facilities of the Cosmodrome. Both contracts are implemented as part of the Cosmodrome Development Program. And are funded from the federal budget. And the choice of the general contractor for the construction of the technical complex is due to the fact that Crocus Group has an oriental building capacity at the Cosmodrome: the company is building an airport.
And in November 2021, Agalarov called the creation of the airport the main project of the company.
But it also became known that back in 2019, Agalarov’s Crocus Group refused to directly participate in the construction: Agalarov said that 40 billion rubles. He doesn’t have enough for the construction of the starting table for the Angara rocket. After all, the cost of the project is designed based on the realities of five years ago, and the government of the Russian Federation should count the price of the contract.

To the World Cup, Crocus International built the Rostov Arena stadium. And already at the initial stage of construction, Rostekhnadzor experts noticed that the number of piles at the base of the structure was much less: the inspectors asked the contractor to adhere to the project.
But he did in his own way. The representative of the contractor explained that the piles are less because it is required to reduce the cost of the project for 3 billion rubles. Rostekhnadzor had the authority to freeze the construction, but did not do it, but wrote out a fine of 50 thousand rubles.
As a result, Agalarova mastered 19.8 billion rubles.

The scandal ended in the construction of the stadium in Kaliningrad, which was also engaged in the Crocus of the Internet. The authorities demanded that the Arbitration Court with Crocus Group return 105 million rubles due to the revealed violations in the execution of the contract. According to the results of the trial, the regional budget got only 28 million rubles. The Crocus Internet has mastered more than 17 billion rubles.

Another sign project of state importance is the construction of the Central Ring Road (TsKAD) around Moscow, where the company acted as a contractor of the first stage.
The case of Sergei Kelbach
But the company actually disrupted the construction: the delivery of the object was constantly tolerated. Huge complaints about the work of Avtodor, as a customer, and JSC Crocus International as a contractor, arose at the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation.
The auditors considered that the funds allocated for the implementation of the project from the National Welfare Fund were spent ineffectively: this led to an increase in the cost of construction time.
In the Accounts Chamber, a low level of performance was noted. In addition, Crocus Group attracted many subcontractors.
As a result, the head of Avtodor (already former) Sergey Kelbakh fell under the investigation.

Mr. Kelbach suspected of excess of official powers.
According to the investigation, Mr. Kelbach illegally agreed on the Ring Maulist LLC with a bank guarantee of 3.9 million rubles, and two years later agreed on the illegal provision of 2 billion rubles Crocus International JSC.
In total, 48 billion rubles were allocated to the CCAD work on CCAD.
The total cost of construction, initially estimated at 300 billion rubles, eventually significantly exceeded this amount.
But the structures of the “crocus” both received and receive the Lords.
How much more will it continue? Or did the officials began to “wake up” if the company of Agalarov has already received a lawsuit from the Roskosmos state corporation?
But so far it is not yet known exactly why these 522 million rubles are shaking from Mr. Agalarov.
