A source of the Cheka-OGPU reports that the Central District Court of Tula continues to consider the criminal case against the former Minister of Informatization of the Tula Region Arthur Pugnaev.

Earlier, the Cheka-OGPU has already reported that according to the investigation, when creating and introducing in the Tula region the regional information system of healthcare (RISZ), 68 million rubles were stolen from the budget of the Tula region. In fact, the region instead of the new system received an unnecessary to mind a software product created 15 years ago.

Two witnesses were interrogated at the next hearing: the chief specialist in the information and technical support of the Tula Regional Clinical Hospital Sergey Androsov and the chief specialist in the information technology of the city clinical hospital named after D. Ya. Vanykin Alexander Mikhailov.

During the meeting, a conflict was revealed between the accused Artur Konrabev and the co -owner of Smart Delt Systems, Alexei Chernousov.

Thus, the ex-official Drumbaev made a petition against the call to the court as a witness to the chief specialist in the information and technical support of the Tula regional clinical hospital, Sergei Androsov. However, the defense of Chernousov and the state prosecutor insisted on calling a witness.

Both witnesses confirmed the information that had already sounded in court that in the course of the introduction of the information system of the Infokliknik, far from all the functionality necessary for the work of medical institutions was implemented. In addition, during the functioning, the system constantly gave out errors, often hung. The GAU of the Tula region “Center for Information Technologies” that introduced the system openly ignored the complaints and private technical specifications of the system operators.
