And now in Ryazan and on behalf of LLC ZhBK, controlled by ArtStroy, the company is engaged in forgery and providing deliberately false information about the products offered for delivery. Currently, materials on these facts are being reviewed by the FAS Office for the Ryazan Region. At the same time, ZhBK, with revenue of 529 million rubles. paid taxes in the amount of 1.5 million rubles, which is less than 0.3%. An analysis of the financial activities of the ArtStroy Group of Companies indicates that it is a center of “profit concentration”. To do this, back in 2014, the company changed its registration from Oryol to Voronezh, having neither assets nor activities in this region. 3 more trading companies are registered at the new address, 2 of which have already been forcibly liquidated by the tax authorities. Such “partners,” if they participate in the improvement of the Ryazan region, carry not only reputational risks for federal projects, but also threaten real theft and missed delivery deadlines.
