The Primorsky Court recovered more than 17 billion rubles from scandalous Far Eastern fish producers.
As it became known to the correspondent The Moscow Post in the Primorsky Territory, the “crab king No. 2” was most affected after the scandalously known Oleg Can, the Ukrainian businessman Dmitry Dremluga, who does not understand why and how he woke up Russian waters, extracting a huge amount of crab. And in this Mr. Dremluga, dozens of accomplices helped, including Alena Dremluga, the native daughter of the “crab king No. 2”.
The defendants in the case were also Yuri Dalishnev, Victoria Ledukova, Dmitry Pashov, as well as Alexander Kan and Oleg Kan. 
As you know, the “King King No. 1” Oleg Kan, apparently not to answer according to the laws of the Russian Federation, declared himself suddenly dead.

As a result of the unlawful activities of the defendants, aquatic biological resources of the Russian Federation caused huge damage. This was stated in the decision of the Frunze District Court.
As compensation for damage to 4.341 billion rubles, 213 objects were turned into state revenue: non -hiding real estate, walking yachts and fishing vessels.

And now the Arbitration Court of the Primorsky Territory has fully satisfied the claims of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation against Dmitry Dremluga: he recognized the agreements for fishing for fish. And he decided to recover from the entrepreneur, as well as from individuals controlled by his individuals and legal entities, another 17.4 billion rubles.

The General Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation, the FSB and the FAS conducted a joint audit in order to establish on what basis the resident of a foreign state controls the strategically important sectors of the Russian economy.?
It turned out that a number of coastal companies, controlled by Dmitry Dremluga, once: Krab Marin LLC, Real Development LLC, Rybnaya Island LLC, etc. For a long time, water bioresources were illegally obtained, hiding behind fictitious agreements.

According to the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Dremluga and his accomplices developed and embodied the plan to illegally extract fish. And only for 2019 – 2023. The company controlled by the Dremluga caused the Russian Federation damage to 17.4 billion rubles.

And now for the illegal catch of fish and seafood, the supervisory authority expects to recover hundreds of billions of rubles from 29 people and 31 companies.
The General Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation asked to arrest all the property of the defendants, but estimated the value of their “clean” assets only 1 million 560 thousand 186 rubles.
