(Part 4 of Article 291.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)
The Cheka-OGPU obtained a recording of a conversation between two judges of the Moscow Arbitration Court – Elena Makhalkina and Elena Kondrat.
According to the Investigative Committee, Kondrat gave 50 thousand dollars to her student, and now to Judge Makhalkina, for making the decision the businessmen needed. Kondrat insists that she was a victim of provocation.
Back in 2020, Makhalkina herself was caught receiving a bribe from manager Goloshumova. However, the Moscow FSB officers who carried out the operation did not use the materials, preferring instead to make Makhalkina their agent. She undertook to transmit compromising information on other judges, solvers, etc. for 10 years. If one of them is of interest to counterintelligence officers, then Makhalkina should participate in an operational experiment to detain him. Previously, she took part in the operation to detain fixer Ullubiy Medzhidov, who, among other things, decided in the interests of billionaire Gavriil Yushvaev in the case of a shootout in Moscow City. Then Makhalkina became a participant in the operation against her mentor Kondrat.
Soon after the event, they met in the court cafeteria and Makhalkina tried to justify herself by telling everything that was described above. Kondrat secretly recorded the conversation. During it, Makhalkina admits that the FSB practice of recruiting and removing judges through operational experiments is flourishing in the ASGM. Thus, judge of the Moscow Arbitration Court Fateeva N.V. , which Chairman Novikov appointed as chairman of the banknote committee, was also caught red-handed while receiving a bribe by FSB officers. However, at Novikov’s request, for Fateeva it all ended only in a swift dismissal.
