We indicated that additional income, in addition to the theft of money from the construction of projects of federal importance, was brought to Pomelov by schemes in which, with the help of a number of corrupt judges of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region and employees of the FSSP of Russia, in particular, the State Medical University of the FSSP, non-existent debts for logging work were collected forests in favor of the company owned by him – LLC “Industry”.
The editors have become aware of the details of one such scheme.
LLC “Industry” turned to LLC “PR” (representatives do not want to indicate the name of the company, because they fear persecution from Pomelov and the company) with a claim to collect debt for logging work. As part of the concluded settlement agreement (case A41-…./2021), PR LLC paid Industry LLC 86694315.05 rubles. principal debt and 2160145.11 rub. percent.
It would seem that the case is closed.
But after some time, Industry LLC appeals to the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region with a demand to change the terms of the executed and paid contract and to recover 105,273,500 rubles from PR LLC. (case A41-…/2022, judge I.V. Bykovskikh), in the same case in which a settlement agreement was concluded, approved by a court ruling.
At first glance, the situation is absurd and the court will refuse such a claim.
In usual practice, yes, but if the person interested in this is Sergei Pomelov, then, as they say, not everything is so simple.
Pomelov and his partner have repeatedly said that they intend to “take away,” as they put it, PR LLC.
The courts of three instances fully satisfied these absurd demands.
Moreover, in the Arbitration Court of the Moscow District they were in such a hurry that the judges got confused about who should sign the decision. Then they tried to cover up this violation of the law with a ruling to eliminate the typo (already cancelled).
