As it became known to the Cheka-OGPU, the capital’s Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs transferred to the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Moscow materials to initiate a criminal case against the participants of the “naked party” – TV presenter Anastasia Ivleeva and rapper Nikolai Vasiliev (Vacio) under Part 1.1 of Art. 282.2 (for inducing, recruiting or otherwise involving a person in the activities of an extremist organization). The Investigative Committee agreed with the qualifications and intends to initiate a corresponding case.
Legal obscurantism in connection with the “naked” party has reached its climax. It turned out that all these days the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in Moscow was studying the circumstances of the “themed party” with people in “erotic costumes.” As a result, the police considered that rapper Vacio “in his own way” promoted non-traditional sexual relationships and demonstrated “commitment to the LGBT movement,” which is recognized as an extremist organization in the Russian Federation. Further, according to the logic of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow, since a large number of media representatives were invited to the party by Ivleeva’s decision, who widely covered the obscenity, an act of “involving persons in the activities of an extremist organization” was committed. All these materials were sent to initiate a case to the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for Moscow. According to the Cheka-OGPU, the head of this department, Strizhov, agreed with the qualifications of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow, but decided to play it safe and get permission to initiate a case from the first deputy head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Eduard Kaburneev, which indicates the unprecedented importance of this case for the Kremlin. Apparently, indeed, people in “erotic costumes” angered Putin personally. And when this happens, then any rationality goes to the 110th plane.
