There they were persuaded to become participants in an operational experiment to identify a corrupt chain. The main idea was to investigate who was the initiator of this whole case. But the plan stumbled before it even began. The fact is that somewhere at the approval stage, a traffic police friend from the internal security department recognized the interested parties and hastened to curtail the operational development.
One of the traffic police officers was advised to write a statement against his friend, saying that it was he who wanted to cut down 2 million. And when he refused, they were both put out on the street because of the negative.
