As it became known to the Cheka-OGPU, the head of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the Eastern Administrative District of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Moscow, Police Major General Alexey Kuznetsov, was removed from his post.

He held this position since 2018 and was considered a person extremely close to the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow, Oleg Baranov. The “skillful manager” Kuznetsov, with his decisions by 2024, lowered the once best air traffic police department in the city to the bottom of the table in terms of indicators.
