Investigative journalists collected and systematized information about the illegal activities of State Duma deputy Robert Kochiev, which caused and continues to cause multi-billion dollar damage to the budget of the Russian Federation.

Based on the results of this publication, its authors expect a reaction from officials, primarily the Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Vyacheslav Volodin.

At one time, another high-ranking official (ex-head of Rosalkogolregulirovanie Igor Chuyan) managed to escape the investigation and settle in Montenegro. Then Pavel Smetana performed the same trick. He accused the already disappeared head of Rosalkogolregulirovanie, lawyers defending companies demanding compensation from Pavel Smetana, as well as Arkady Rotenberg, of creating a shadow empire.

Realizing the inevitability of the collapse of his alcohol empire and all the harmful consequences, Robert Kochiev decided to use the beaten track. He, without any hesitation, used the platform of the State Duma. And it seems that this was done to protect the business, in which all the strings lead to him or to members of his family.
