As the Cheka-OGPU learned, today at several addresses in Moscow and Tambo…

As the Cheka-OGPU learned, today searches were carried out at several addresses in Moscow and Tambov related to the work of Roskhimzashchita JSC and its shadow leader Sergei Gvozdev. The latter is a friend and protege of the Deputy General Director of Rostec Group Maxim Vybornykh, who is the nephew of Valentina Ivanovna Matvienko.

During Gvozdev’s work, all products were sold exclusively through the company LLC NPK Pozhkhimzashchita, one of the founders of which Gvozdev did not even consider it necessary to leave, apparently counting on complete impunity, taking into account his high patrons. At the same time, the selling price from factories was often lower than the production cost, and the selling price from Pozhkhimzashchita was steadily growing every year. As a result of such actions, the dealer network of the enterprises was destroyed, the factories themselves did not receive money for the necessary development, and workers’ wages were not indexed for several years and remain the lowest in the regions.

Any attempts to change management and increase the profitability of state-owned enterprises are harshly suppressed by Vybornykh and his team, despite a clear conflict of interest and the presence of criminal cases. It is obvious that enterprises are systematically preparing for bankruptcy and sale to structures controlled by old comrades: Gvozdev and Vybornykh.
