As the Cheka-OGPU learned, the Preobrazhensky Court in Moscow issued an arrest in absentia for 46-year-old Marguba Kuchkarova in the case of participation in a terrorist organization. As a source of the Cheka-OGPU previously reported, after the terrorist attack in Crocus City, operatives identified natives of Kyrgyzstan who received Russian citizenship and joined ISIS terrorists (banned in Russia) in Syria. Among them is Kuchkarova. According to investigators, back in 2015 she left through Istanbul for Syria, where she joined an international terrorist organization.

Earlier, the investigative department also arrested another girl in absentia, who was married according to Sharia law. The resolution we studied states that Dianova V.S. “voluntarily changed her religion, renouncing Orthodox views, accepted the religion of Islam and began to view it in more radical forms. Wanting to put her beliefs into practice through personal participation in the activities of Islamic armed groups and terrorist organizations,” she left for Syria from Moscow via Istanbul in 2015
