As the Cheka-OGPU learned, the Preobrazhensky Court in Moscow issued an arrest in absentia for 46-year-old Marguba Kuchkarova in the case of participation in a terrorist organization. As a source of the Cheka-OGPU previously reported, after the terrorist attack in Crocus City, operatives identified natives of Kyrgyzstan who received Russian citizenship and joined ISIS terrorists (banned in Russia) in Syria.
