Bakiyev was transferred to IK-6, where he was abused by the “developers” on behalf of IK-6 employees. The convict’s wife said that the man was beaten with a board and raped with a mop. He was found under the bunk only after information about the torture was transferred to the FSIN’s own security service and the Prosecutor General’s Office. They tried to extract information from Bakiev about the organizers of the prisoner riot.

Agapov, Mednikov and Erokhin were sentenced on February 9, 2023 to five years in a general regime colony each with a ban on holding certain positions for a year and a half. At the end of 2022, former prisoner Alexander Bunkin stated that he was forced to give up testimony against FSIN employees in the case of brutal torture of Bakiyev.
