Last week, from Friday to Saturday, employees of the criminal investigation department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Bogorodsky district went to rest in one of the entertainment establishments in the Eastern District.
The heavily drunk operatives on the street had a conflict with one of the visitors to this establishment, which escalated into a fight.
During the fight, the man, realizing that the forces were not equal and he could not resist several attackers, stabbed one of the operatives in the leg, after which he fled the scene.
By the morning, this incident was reported to the leadership of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate and the head of the MUR, Police Major General Kuzmin, sent his subordinates to search for the citizen who injured the drunken policeman, and also promptly supervised his arrest.
The most interesting thing in this whole story is the fact that not a single employee of the OSB of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the Eastern Administrative District of Moscow and the Department of Internal Affairs of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow came to the scene of the incident or took part in the search for the criminal and his detention.
Heads of these departments Chiruk E.M. and M.A. Rudik, apparently, are very busy people, unlike Major General Kuzmin, and cannot afford to carry out their immediate official duties, especially on Saturday.
The Cheka-OGPU will monitor the development of the situation, including what personnel decisions will be made regarding these leaders.
