A source from the Cheka-OGPU reported that the trial electronic voting of “state employees” in Moscow failed. The capital’s mayor’s office is extremely dissatisfied with the organization of the rehearsal for the Moscow City Duma elections, and with the “new” technologies in general.

As we have already reported, the authorities have made a bet in the next elections (this time it is voting for candidates to the Moscow City Duma of the 8th convocation, which will be held in September) again on forced labor. We are talking about employees of the mayor’s office, various state budgetary institutions and the like, who were obliged to attract from 3 to 5 people and control (with a report to the manager) that the “drops” voted for the desired candidate.

The system on the mayor’s website has repeatedly failed, including at the most crucial moment. There were some incidents on August 15, when “pocket voters” simultaneously stormed the electronic ballots at the appointed hour, many simply were unable to vote.

Now, according to a source from the Cheka-OGPU, a similar event is scheduled for this coming Friday. This time, “public sector employees” were given two hours to follow the link, click a button and report back, taking a screenshot confirming the “correctness” of their choice.

As for the general unrest, there is talk in the relevant department of the mayor’s office to finally open Sergei Sobyanin’s eyes to his brainchild – the website of the mayor of Moscow, which functionally duplicates the State Services. To maintain the resource, an inflated staff has been created and an unreasonably large amount of money is spent on its maintenance.

In addition, officials are rebelling (for now on the sidelines) against innovations from Skolkovo and other scientific forges. We are talking about test systems, including a proctoring system (the program records when the user is distracted, taking his eyes off the monitor screen, or peeking during a report). Higher ranks, for example, governors, have abandoned “innovations,” but they continue to be imposed on civil servants, whom the same Sobyanin ordered to regularly undergo online training and hold meetings.
