The detainee is suspected under Part 6 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code (receiving a bribe on an especially large amount).
“According to the investigation, the defendant, who until June 11, 2025 served as the head of the MTU of the Federal Property Management Agency in the Udmurt Republic and the Kirov region, through its roommate and relative who acted as intermediaries, received a bribe in the amount of more than 1.9 million rubles in 2024,” the department added.
It is assumed that the money received from the director of the commercial company for concluding a land lease agreement.
Investigative measures were carried out, documents were seized. An investigation is underway.
