But now, interestingly, the Lieutenant is the “close” of the Polozhnik in Bratsk Alexei Novikov, and similar reprisals have occurred with not one Markov. In a similar way, Novikov’s people were versed in conflict with another member of the fraternal organized crime group Ivan Paleukhu (Vanya Concrete). An unknown day, who arrived in two cars and in the form of police officers, stole him on a single day for concrete. He was handcuffed, taken to a landfill and beaten with reinforcement. Then he reached people with a broken leg. The handcuffs from blows were deformed, they were cut off by the Ministry of Emergencies already in the hospital. And then there was a criminal case of abduction. After some time, all participants in the abduction were detained – eight people, who were hired for 3 million rubles. All participants in the abduction of concrete were detained. But … then released. The version of the abductors caused “amazing” trust in the prosecutor’s office: the detainees said that it was “just a draw”.
By the way, a similar situation turned out with Konstantin Markov. The representative of the local SK said that the beating under the chambers of the store occurred on the basis of a personal conflict.
On the “soil of personal hostility”, the people of Novikov’s positions attacked a car of miners in Irkutsk. True, in this case, neither a criminal case nor the victims in a strange way also turned out to be. There was only a video of the outdoor surveillance cameras.
