The largest Russian producer of wine, Kuban-Vino, turned into the property of Russia, the correspondent of The Moscow Post reports with reference to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
Thus, now the state owns a 100% share in the capital of the company. Changes were made to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on April 10.
Previously, 100% of the authorized capital of these companies belonged to LLC “Group of Companies Ariant”, 99.99% of the authorized capital of which belongs to Alexander Kretov.
In addition, the state’s ownership also turned into the ownership of the Yuzhnoye and Aryant, the manufacturer of the wine Center for the Food Industry – Aryant and a specialized pig breeding.
The Kuban-Vino company was one of those whose assets were seized during the proceedings in the case of the Chelyabinsk electrometallurgical plant in the lawsuit of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
The agency appealed to the court with a request to invalidate the agreement of 2022, according to which the Ural-Siberian Metallurgical Company exempted Yuri Antipov from the return of state funds in the amount of 22.91 billion rubles and 2.91 billion rubles percent of them.
On April 5, the Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk Region satisfied the lawsuit of the Prosecutor General’s Office of joint collection from the former owners of the CHEMK industrial group of 105 billion rubles of unjust enrichment. It was also decided to withdraw in favor of the state the assets of the Aryant group of companies and the foundry-mechanical plant.
The court decision was required to execute immediately. On April 9, the court issued 11 writ of execution.
Kuban-Vino is the largest winery in the country that specializes in the production of sparkling and quiet wines. It was given in 1956, and in 2003 – became part of the Aryant Group of Companies.
