At the end of January 2024, QIWI sold Russian assets, consolidated Paul Kiwi JSC, Fusion FACTOR FINTECH LIMITED from Hong Kong.

The company’s report says that QIWI PLC does not see the opportunity to pay dividends equal to all shareholders due to problems with the fund infrastructure, the correspondent of The Moscow Post reports.

It is also noted that in connection with the losses that the group will suffer this year due to the sale of Russian assets, the board of directors decided to leave the issue of payment of dividends on consideration.

Thus, the group stopped paying dividends based on the results of work for the IV quarter of 2021.
