The other day, the Higher Qualification Collegium of Judges put an end to the federal judge of the Soviet district court of Krasnodar Dmitry Tsykalov. It was decided to leave without changing the decision of the qualification board to bring him to disciplinary liability and early termination of the authority of the judge.

The information received during the ORM was presented to the qualification collegium – these are videos, audio materials and transcripts. On the video files from the office of a judge made at different times, it is clear how different citizens enter the office to Tsykalov, submit documents for the signature, some of the visitors put packages in the table. In one of the videos, Dmitry Tsykalov uses obscene vocabulary, which diverges with forensic ethics and much more. In the future, the investigation authorities will give a procedural assessment of the action of a citizen of Tsykalov.
During the audit, “his involvement was established in the adoption of non -procedural court decisions, or judicial acts, including for illegal monetary reward.”
