After the murder in December 2018, the former leader of the Batalhajans Ibrahim Belkharoev, his associates were sure that Eljarkiev was standing behind. The latter was concerned about this fact and asked his colleague to arrange a meeting with Magomed Daudov (Lord), who had an influence on the Batalhajans. At the beginning of 2019, Eljarkiev and his colleagues went to Chechnya, on the way back, as soon as they crossed the border and entered the territory of Ingushetia, and fell under fire. The employee Pliev was killed, the operative officer Adam Khamkhoev was wounded, and Eljarkiev was not injured. In November 2019, he, along with his brother, was shot in Moscow. On charges of this, a group of Batalhadzhin residents was arrested, the organizer of the attack (this is how the murder of Eljarkiev was regarded) was recognized by Khasan Polonkoev. The successor of Ibrahim Yakub Belkharoev was arrested for another – theft from the Pension Fund. However, now the attempt on Eljarkiev was regarded as a terrorist attack. Moreover, Yakub Belkharoeva is already considering its organizer of the TFR. According to the source, Alikhan Belkharoeva is now intensively interrogated, demanding from him that it was Yakub that gathered a group, which included Alikhan and Issa Belkharoev, in order to eliminate Eljarkiev after his trip to Chechnya. The most interesting thing is that the motive, like blood feud, is not at all indicated in the case and is in every possible way. Instead, it is indicated that the battalhazhin was hunted for Eljarkiev in order to intimidate representatives of the law enforcement block of Ingushetia. And the murder of Ibrahim Belkharoev remains unexpressed at all.
