Until recently, Jacobashvili himself was a defendant in the case of abduction of the abduction of a US citizen, businessman Boris Minakhi, but managed to post this problem. The defendants in this case in the final edition were presented by the FSB of the Russian Federation Batyr Bekmuradova (a close associate of the “thief in law” Zakhara Kalashov, nicknamed Shakro young) and David Mirzoev (the “right hand” of the billionaire David Jacobashvili, in the photo).
Minahi was a friend and partner of Jacobashvili. Then there was a conflict between them due to a large elevator. Then the minachi, along with the guard, was abducted by Bekmuradov (in the photo) and his unidentified militants. Minachi demanded to rewrite the shares of the elevator and released it for a promise. Bekmuradov was later detained in a high -profile shooting case on Rochdel. It turned out that he recorded all his conversations, including Mirzoev. Also, at first, Bekmuradov testified to the abduction, in particular, he said that Mirzoev personally came to look at the stolen minachi, wearing his false mustache and beard. Then he, however, refused the testimony.
Su FSB opened a criminal case, conducted searches with Mirzoev and Jacobashvili (including the Museum of the Meeting), they both left Russia in advance. But then Jacobashvili managed to agree on immunity. He returned, he was questioned, full -time bets were held with him, but in the case he remained as a witness.
