The essence of the matter is as follows: while Pavel Alexandrovich was military service in the Federal Security Service of Russia in the Samara Region, he was admitted to state secrets and, in accordance with the rules, should not have left the territory of his homeland all the time of service, plus five years after dismissal. Apparently, this circumstance was depressing Seleznev and he hatched some plans … otherwise, why did he need to receive a passport for left data in Moscow, but with his photograph?!
At the end of 2015, he resigned from military service with the retirement of the length of service. But he did not subtract until the legal time of departure. And the finished passport was burned by a pocket. In 2019, Pavel Aleksandrovich acquired an air ticket on a flight along the Moscow -Dubai route and went to sunbathe and improve health on the Arabian Peninsula on Subilant Documents.
Rest at sea Seleznev fell in love. Yes, and the audit, so to speak, ended successfully – “Customs gave the go -ahead” – on the border with the left passport, everything went smoothly.
So in the summer of 2019, Pavel Alexandrovich rushed to Turkey and back. (These are already 4 illegal crossings of the border).
Seleznev’s colleagues appreciated his tricks, the result of the assessment was a criminal case.
How and why such a soft sentence was appointed – this is, of course, the case of the court … Maybe Pavel Alexandrovich is just a good person. I liked the prosecutor, and the judge, and the other participants in the process.
