Earlier, the sources of the Cheka-OGPU said that the planned resignation of the deputy prosecutor of the Moscow Region Semyon Yakubov is directly related to the activation of the investigation of the massacre in Moscow City. Now all new cases of corruption actions in favor of Gabriel Yushvaev (Garik Makhachkala) and his guards are actively emerging. As previously reported by the Cheka-OGPU, the operatives found that Gabriel Yushvaev allocated $ 5 million to ensure that the case of the massacre in Moscow-Sytm would turn against the guards (including fighters of the Russian Guard) of the authority of Dmitry Pavlov (Pavlik).

Initially, Yushvaev turned to his protege for help in the prosecutor’s system – deputy prosecutor of the Moscow Region Semen Yakubov, who had trusting relations with the then deputy prosecutor’s then Vladimir Malinovsky.
