Residents of the Kursk region will help with a mortgage

Residents of the region will be able to take a preferential mortgage at a small percentage.

It’s about a preferential mortgage loan at a rate of up to 2% per annum in the framework of the program “Preferential mortgage in the territory of new constituent entities of the Russian Federation”, the correspondent of The Moscow Post in the Kursk region reports with reference to statement Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

Residents of the Kursk region will be able to take advantage of this measure of support, in whom housing is recognized as unsuitable for living, lost or damaged due to the actions of the Armed Forces or is in settlements within the boundaries that were underflected.

The money can be directed to the construction of individual housing, the purchase of an apartment in a new building or in the secondary market.
