In the execution of state contracts, more than 500 million rubles were stolen. In November 2020, one of the brothers, Vladislav Zubkov, was arrested. At first he denied guilt, but then he began to cooperate with the investigation. He said that the state contracts were obtained as a result of corruption actions of managing employees of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Goskontrkt was obtained with the help of intermediaries who have connections in the department. The main mediator was Alexei Vlasenko, who have a lot of acquaintances in the Ministry of Industry and Trade. He is a friend and head of the department Denis Manturov.
In March, Vlasenko was arrested. And in May it reached the line from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, those who organized state contracts for the structures of the Zubkov. Otidyshev and Kolotilov went to custody.
Sources say that the corruption chain does not break into them. There are questions to Denis Manturov himself.
