The investigative department for the investigation of crimes on the subway, especially regime objects and in the environmental sphere of the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the city of Moscow is investigated a criminal case against three men born in 1985, 1991 and 1993. They are accused of committing a crime under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism committed by a group of persons).
Earlier, the Kuzminsky district court of the city of Moscow are involved in administrative responsibility for the offense under Part 1 of Art. 20.1 Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism), which was expressed in the implementation of a clear disrespect for society, accompanied by obscene abuse in the wagon of the electric train. At the same time, the capital investigators conducted by the initially verification measures established that in the actions of men there are also signs of a criminally punishable act.
According to the investigation, in the evening of October 12, 2021, in the wagon of the electric train following from the Volgogradsky Prospekt station to the Thagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya line of the Moscow metro, the accused showed aggression against the woman. Other passengers stood up for the passenger. During the conflict that began, the defendants, expressing a clear disrespect for society, applied violence and expressed threats to its application to the surrounding citizens in the wagon of the electric train, which, taking into account the crowded car, had an increased public danger.
Currently, three men are detained in accordance with Art. 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, they are charged. Today, the investigation intends to petition the court to choose the defendants of a preventive measure. The criminal investigation continues.
