Our people note that in connection with the torture scandal, the prosecutor of the Saratov region Sergei Filipenko will have to go to new victims. With employees of the unit designed to supervise the UIS, everything is extremely clear, and the media wrote about their fate – this is Pavel Melnik, Vyacheslav Dianov, Alexei Taradin. The situation is much more complicated with other guidelines, the role of which is not so obvious in organizing systematic tortures in OSB -1 – it has yet to be identified.

In this situation, Filipenko may sacrifice his other deputy – Andrei Kornovarov, who during his work by the factory district prosecutor supervised the investigation that checked the complaints of prisoners from OSB -1. His connivance and negligence, as in the case of Melnik, seem quite obvious, and a similar personnel solution, as our people seems to be quite logical.

However, taking into account the evidence and operational information of our people, the intent of prosecutors to conceal not only torture, but even the murders that represented as suicides, is clearly traced.

On one such fact yesterday, colleagues from the Cheka-OGPU drew attention yesterday. But the investigation managed to identify one more – his victim was Adeelbek Bakhijanovich Akhmedov born in 1982. Judged for the intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm and the hooliganism of Ahmedov in 2012 was sentenced to Astrakhan by 18 and a half years of a strict regime colony – for murder with aggravating and theft. In places of imprisonment, he did not embark on the path of correction, so three years ago he was sent to breaks in OSB-1. There, Bay Brigada, who was engaged in the processing of prisoners, strangled him, passing away what had happened for suicide.

Conclusions on suicides of prisoners were made by district prosecutors, although the 15th department of the regional prosecutor’s office was obliged to do this. Therefore, it would be wrong to assign responsibility for sheltering the murders of convicts to Koronovarov-this is the front of the liability of the head of the Office for the Supervision of the Criminal Procedure and Operational Investigation Activities of Denis Voloshenko.

But in comparison with Kornovarov, Voloshenko seems to be the regional prosecutor as a more valuable frame, which has long and effectively fulfill his specific instructions for a long time. Therefore, earlier the head of the department got away with a lot-both the-ADVOCK and wife-prosecutor. But the current storm should not pass by him, since the failures in the organization of supervision are too obvious.

Sergei Filipenko does not worry for himself, since, in his own words, he acquired reliable patronage, which in its capabilities at the moment significantly exceeds the position of leadership in the Prosecutor General’s Office.
