The inept raiders of the NKK Leonid Goldenberg and Evgeny Lachkov suffered another defeat in court. Having wanted to sell his stake in Frolov bypassing the premium Alexander Kalinin, they appointed the actually direct competitor of the corporation to the post of president of the NKK – after all, Frolov previously “bought” the controlling stake in the manufacturer of the Baikal Elektriks processors. But Frolov’s nominal presidency did not bring any benefits to the conspirators. For the whole IT market, except for Goldenberg, Lachkova and Frolov, it was clear that such an appointment is illegitimate and harms not only the NKK, but also the industry as a whole. Now, on October 22, the Moscow Arbitration Court legally confirmed that it was clear de facto.

In addition, the Woe-Raiders tried to challenge in court changes in the charter of the Aquarius Group of Companies, which other shareholders managed to conduct an asset from the raider seizure in time. They filed a lawsuit twice – and twice Goldenberg and the lachkov themselves refused the lawsuit right in the courtroom. They even understand that the claims were hopeless because they were unfounded. The last time this happened at the same time, on October 22, when the court recognized the appointment of NKK Frolov as unlawful.

Now two shareholders are facing the exclusion from LLC National Computer Corporation – it is unlikely that the actions of Goldenberg and Lachkov can be called actions in the interests of society, rather the opposite. The corresponding lawsuit by Alexander Kalinin will be discussed in the near future. Frolov, on the other hand, seemed to have no intelligible action plan. Whether they will be able to offer something else other than chaos in courts, useless meetings and appointments is a big question.
