In the Saratov region, the case of illegal hunting was opened, in which the State Duma deputy from the Communist Party Valery Rashkin took part. A carrion was found in his car.

On October 29, at night, the police received a message about shots in the Lysogorsky district of the Saratov region. During the departure, the district police officer, together with the representative of the hunting and fishing committee, found a car under the control of a man born in 1955 at the scene of the incident. When examining the car, the police found fragments of a carcass of an elk, as well as an ax and 2 knives with traces of blood. The man driving a car explained that they, together with the car in the car as a passenger, noticed a carcass of a shot animal, after which they decided to cut it.
The driver of the car was proposed to undergo a medical examination for the state of alcohol intoxication. He refused to undergo medical examination. A protocol on an administrative offense provided for by Art. 12.26 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
Currently, citizens are checked for possible involvement in the illegal production of the animal. On the fact of the department of inquiry department of the territorial police department, a criminal case was instituted on the grounds of a crime under paragraph, part 1, Art. 258 of the Criminal Code (illegal hunting).
