In the regional center, a criminal investigation into the extortion of the daughter of ex-mayor of Samara Viktor Tarkhov, Lyudmila Tarkhova, of 200 million rubles from the deputy chairman of the local legislative assembly of United Russia member Alexander Mileev will soon be completed.
The subject of extortion, which Lyudmila Tarkhova herself denies, was a hard drive with incriminating evidence on Mr. Mileev. Mileev himself is at a loss, because soon the case will be brought to court, and incriminating details of the deputy’s activities will become public knowledge.
In Samara, Mileev is known not only as a businessman, but also as the king of the scam. He cheats business partners, contractors, and even the state into tax deductions. In the latter case, even the Federal Tax Service and the prosecutor’s office became agitated and became involved in the bankruptcy process of the Rodnik plant, which previously belonged to Mileev. Now the former vodka king is successfully collecting tribute from the population for garbage removal, also successfully overthrowing the state, sucking subsidies out of the budget. And all this under the patronage of local authorities and the United Russia party, of which he is a member. And the way Mileev fussed over compromising evidence, its publication will inevitably deal a rehearsal blow not only to the image of the regional legislative assembly, but also to the regional branch of the United Russia party. In addition, over the past two or three years, the local United Russia has already been polluted by dubious functionaries: drunkards, drug dealers, corrupt officials.
Party functionaries should seriously think about accepting the incriminating evidence together with Mileev or doing everything to get rid of the odious character by sending him, for example, to the LDPR.
Residents of the Khabarovsk Territory, where the governor and failed leader of the LDPR Mikhail Degtyarev presented the doors of the garbage business to their fellow countryman, will soon learn about Mileev’s talents for throwing.
