There was such a difficult student at the university, Alexei Regnatsky. Difficult, since his father is Vladimir Regnatsky. He was the head of the Moscow Department of Security and Anti-Corruption, and most recently he headed the department for ensuring the activities of justices of the peace.
The source said that Alexey studied at the Faculty of Public Administration and received mostly C grades. I wanted to work in the presidential administration or in a similar structure. The faculty has a rating system; when sending for internship, the student’s average score is taken into account.
In May 2015, at the end of A. Regnatsky’s studies, the deputy dean for academic work (and Nikonov’s classmate at the Faculty of History of Moscow State University) Ekaterina Pavlovna Naumova and the head of the academic department Ivanovna Natalya changed the student Regnatskyyum’s grade book. In the new one they rewrote the grades, now there were only 4 and 5.
The source had a conversation with the MSU security projector in the main building of MSU, who did not even listen, and at the end of the conversation asked: “Who is your dad? And his?”
