At another Donstroy facility, the Heart of the Capital residential complex, five people died again when an elevator collapsed. A criminal case was opened by the capital’s main headquarters of the Investigative Committee.

The company now urgently needs Andrey Kushch, who was fired from the capital’s BTI. Apparently, only with the help of the ex-official’s schemes can the developer’s facilities be officially put into operation.
